Juicing for better sex!


 Happy Monday and welcome to my madness! We all know that juicing has many health benefits but I bet you didn't know that juicing has sexual health benefits as well.

Let's look at what items help build that sexual appetite; shall we:

Carrots: These little orange buddies are high in vitamin A, which stimulates the epithelial tissue throughout the entire body—and yeah, we mean everywhere. Cough cough.

Celery Stalks: They’re not just great with buffalo wings; they also contain androsterone, a hormone that stimulates the sex drive.

Cucumber: Extra hydration gives a boost in stamina and endurance—and no one’s ever complained about having too much stamina and endurance.

Kale Leaves: Tasty and high in zinc, often called “the ultimate sex mineral” for its libido-boosting superpowers.

Knuckle of Ginger: You know what they say…a knuckle of ginger a day reduces free radicals in your blood, improving blood flow to all your happy places. Oh, is that not how the saying goes?

Garlic Clove: It may not do much for your breath, but garlic increases nitric oxide production, which is primarily responsible for health erections. Sooo, extra garlic for dinner it is!

Lemon: Too much acidity in the body can lead to health issues, but lemon balances that out, alkalizing the body for higher performance. Bow-chicka-wow-wow…

Knuckle of Turmeric: This superfood contains compounds that decrease inflammation and maximize blood flow, increasing sexual desire and performance.

For Her:
4 Carrots
2 Celery Stalks
½ Cucumber
3 Kale Leaves
1 Knuckle of Ginger

For Him:
1 Cucumber
3 Stalks of Celery
1 Garlic Clove
1 Lemon
1 Knuckle of Turmeric

Now start making those magical mixes and get busy!
