Sex and Yoga




Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia after a year of headaches and pains, it was a relief to finally have answers. However, the relief did not spread through my body. I have had to change my eating habits, get more rest, take a combination of medications and vitamins but my most helpful discovery was yoga.
Among relief for pain and calming of the mind, yoga can be very positive for your sex life. Being in tune with your body and bringing peace to your mind allows you to relax. Flexibility, control and energy come from yoga which have obvious use in sex. One of the best benefits to yoga is toning and strength which includes your pelvic muscles. Stronger pelvic muscles lead to better orgasms.

Start out with easy gentle yoga. There are several options to assist with your particular needs so don't give up. Namaste!
